The School was founded and is run by the Vision Educational Trust as the prime governing body.
Vision Educational Trust is a non- profit making organisation dedicated to the cause of quality education.
The Trust comprises of members who are educationists, engineers, doctors, entrepreneurs and social workers.
Mr Rajiv Singh is the Managing Trustee.
